2 Day Basics Course

imageDoes your schedule limit you from making it through the Basics course? We are holding a 2 day Basics course on December 6th and 13th. Each session will be 1.5 hours long and will have scheduled breaks. We will teach, practice, and apply all of the Basics course movements on December 6th and 13th. Each class will begin promptly at 8:30am and will last until 10am. At the completion of both classes you will have graduated from Basics and will be able to join our group classes. This is an opportunity for you to learn about CrossFit, learn how to safely and properly lift, squat, press and more! Set yourself up for the New Year and let us help you reach your goals!
