Improve your strength, speed, and power under the watchful eye of Gary Helmick, former Minor League Second Baseman of the Baltimore Orioles organization. Gary has also competed at the highest level in CrossFit and qualified for the CrossFit Games in 2013. Gary is also the owner of CrossFit ReVamped in Columbia, Maryland where he regularly trains teens and adults who have gone on to perform at high levels in a variety of sports.

Improve your athleticism over the course of four weeks. During the four week course you will train speed, strength, power, and endurance through CrossFit. You will use weights, sleds, tires, sprinting and other mediums that will immediately transfer to the baseball diamond.

This course is designed to increase shoulder stability and strength, hip power, core strength, leg speed and more. Each of these components are trained and worked into every day of the course. Mobility is practiced and taught throughout the course as well to develop and sustain range of motion. These components work together to create the most powerful and explosive athlete. CrossFit will give you the edge on your competitors and help to develop a well rounded athlete.
