On Monday, March 30th we will be raising money for Meals on Wheels of NEPA. Dozens of gyms will be participating and completing the WOD on the 30th to raise money for this organization. Come join us! AMRAP of:
12 Box Jumps
10 Front Squats (115/75)
8 C2B (Or 10 regular Pull-Ups)

Minutes 7-14
Find your 1RM Thruster

Minutes 14-21
6 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
5 Bar Facing Burpees
4 Ring Muscle Ups (Or Bar MU, Or Dips if you don’t have MUs)
