February Basics Course:

*Special Discount for Military, First Responders, and Teachers.*

We are holding another 2 day Basics Course on February 14th and 21st. Each session will be 1.5 hours long and will have scheduled breaks. We will teach, practice, and apply all of the Basics course movements on February 14th and 21st. Each class will begin promptly at 8:30am and will last until 10am. At the completion of both classes you will have graduated from Basics and will be able to join our group classes. This is an opportunity for you to learn about CrossFit, learn how to safely and properly lift, squat, press and more! Set yourself up for the New Year and let us help you reach your goals!
