Basics Course 

These classes are designed for first time CrossFitters. Each class gradually introduces the nine functional movements that are the foundation of the CrossFit program. The Basics course offers four introductory classes. Call for further details and to register  today. (410) 997-1348                     

Group Class

These classes are for CrossFitters who have gone through the Basics Course or who have belonged to a CrossFit gym before.

Specialty Class

This class is focused around one movement and the movement will change monthly.

CrossFit Kids

This program is for children ages 5 – 12. Students will learn the foundational CrossFit movements as well as participate in CrossFit games where they will have fun while exercising.
