Here at CrossFit ReVamped you must complete 4 Basics classes before moving on to our group class program. In the Basics classes we will go over the proper lifting techniques, form, mobility stretches, and nine functional movements that are the foundation of the CrossFit Program. The FIRST Basics class will be FREE! Each additional Basics class is $20, paid before the start of each class. Once you have completed all 4 Basics classes, you then graduate to the group class program.
* The Basics classes are for first-time CrossFitters, experienced CrossFitters may start group classes right away at CrossFit ReVamped Coaches discretion.
