Anyone who has not done CrossFit before must complete a Basics Course before joining group classes. The Basics Course is designed for anyone from teens to adults. The Basics Course will cover the fundimental movements of CrossFit. Each class is taught in a small group setting and is designed to prepare you for group classes. The Basics Course is led by head coach, Gary or Alea Helmick.

Complete two classes at a time that works for you.


Next Basics Course Takes Place:

September 11th and 12th from 6:00-7:15 pm

OR

September 27th & 28th from 6:00-7:15 pm
