What can you expect?
Anyone who has not done CrossFit before must complete a Basics Course before joining group classes. The Basics Course is designed for anyone from teens to adults. The Basics Course will cover the fundimental movements of CrossFit. Each class is taught in a small group setting and is designed to prepare you for group classes.
Don't have time for Basics? Join our Revamped Conditioning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6pm. No CrossFit experience required. Drop-ins are welcome. $14 a class.
