Jill is a mother of two and has countless coaching experiences in a variety of sports and age levels. She utilizes those experiences to bring exciting workouts to the kids at CrossFit ReVamped.
Alea is a 5th grade school teacher. She utilizes her experiences in the classroom to create a positive working environment for the kids at CrossFit Revamped.
CrossFit Kids Coaches

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for teens ages 13-19. Teens will learn the functional movements of CrossFit and exercise together in group classes. CrossFit teens follow the same programming as the adult classes. Movements and weights are scaled appropriately for each teen. Classes consists of a group warm-up, skill/strength work, a workout (WOD). Your teen will learn to become stronger both physically and mentally.
Our CrossFit Tots program is designed for kids ages 3-5. Children will learn the functional movements of CrossFit through play! A typical CrossFit Tots class is between 40-45 minutes long. It consists of various games and challenges that will get your little one moving. Your tot will love the positive and nurturing environment at CrossFit Tots.
