CrossFit in a Few Words
The CrossFit program involves constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. CrossFit uses a variety of functional movements like squats, push ups, pull-ups, cleans, deadlifts, etc. These natural, primal, multi-joint movements are used in everyday life activities. Our workouts change every day and we emphasize proper form throughout class. We focus highly on technique and safety with all movements that we teach. Everyone supports one another during workouts and friendships are strengthened on a daily basis. This is the foundation on which we build our community.
